Damp skin, water-based product
Any water-based serum, aloe, or hydrating gel you already own. EMS needs a conductive layer to work and glide. Avoid facial oils, because they don't conduct.

Glide up, jaw to ear
Slow upward passes along the jawline and up the neck. Switch on HOT mode and it warms to 113°F as you go. Most people run 2 to 3 minutes a side.

Wipe and carry on
Follow with your usual moisturiser. Done before the kettle's boiled.

HOW WE BUILT IT
Three decisions we made, and why
We warehouse in the US. Most devices in this category ship from overseas and take three to five weeks. We hold stock in a US warehouse so your order is a 3 to 7 day UPS delivery with real tracking. It costs us more per unit. Waiting a month for a face device is how people end up wanting a refund before the box even lands.
We didn't pad the box with a gel. We could have added a $10 bottle and called it a bundle. The device works with water-based products you already own, so we wrote the guide to tell you which ones instead of charging you for another one.
We don't run fake discounts. No strikethrough price that was never real. No countdown timer that resets when you reload the page. It's $59.99. If the price ever drops it'll be because we can afford to drop it, not because a banner told you to hurry.

BEFORE YOU BUY
Don't buy this if
- You want overnight results. It's a routine. Two sessions will do nothing you'd notice.
- You won't use it four times a week. Consistency is the whole thing. If it'll live in a drawer, keep your $59.99.

Will this actually do anything, or is it another gadget?
It changes how your jaw and neck look, more contoured and more awake, with consistent use. It isn't a facelift and it won't change your face's structure. If a page promises you that for $60, close the tab.
Do I need a special gel?
No, and we didn't put one in the box. Any water-based serum, aloe, or hydrating gel works. The device needs something water-based to conduct and glide. Skip the oils, they don't conduct. The guide lists what to use.
What does the HOT mode actually do?
Warms to 113°F. You'll feel it immediately. It's the most obvious thing the device does, and it's why most people find the routine relaxing enough to keep doing.
How fast does it ship, and from where?
Our US warehouse. 3 to 7 days by UPS with tracking. Not from overseas.
What if it isn't for me?
You have thirty days. Email support@esleva.com with your order number and we'll refund you in full. You won't need to post anything back.
Is it safe?
For most people, used as directed. See 'Don't buy this if' above. Pacemakers, pregnancy, epilepsy and implanted electrical devices are genuine contraindications for EMS.
Is this FDA-cleared?
No. It's a cosmetic device. Some premium brands carry clearance and run $300 to $600. We're not one of them and won't imply otherwise.
