Who we are

Esleva sells the Esleva Sculpt, a cosmetic facial and neck device, direct to customers in the continental United States. You can reach us at support@esleva.com.

The product is cosmetic, not medical

The Esleva Sculpt is a cosmetic device intended to affect the appearance of skin. It is not a medical device, it is not FDA-cleared, and nothing on this site should be read as a medical claim, diagnosis, treatment, or advice. It does not treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

Do not use the device if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or any implanted electrical device, or have epilepsy. Do not use it over active facial cysts, broken or irritated skin, or recent injectables. If you have any doubt about whether the device is appropriate for you, speak to a qualified healthcare professional before use.

Results

Any description of results on this site refers to the appearance of skin and varies from person to person. We make no guarantee of any particular outcome. What we do guarantee is your money back. See our refund policy.

Pricing and availability

All prices are in US dollars and include shipping. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown at the moment you place your order is the price you pay. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order placed at an obviously incorrect price caused by a technical error.

Stock levels can change. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Orders and cancellation

We may refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud or where delivery isn't possible to the address given. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.

Your information

You are responsible for giving accurate delivery and contact details. We can't redirect a parcel once it is with the carrier, though we will reship once at no cost if a parcel returns to us because of an address error.

Intellectual property

The text, images, and The 14-Day Routine guide on this site belong to Esleva. The guide is licensed to you for personal use with your purchase. Please don't republish or resell it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you order is the version that applies to that order.
